Key responsibilities & impact

Define and communicate the vision, operating strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Registered Fund Operations aligned to Global Investment Services’ growth strategy.
Translate strategy into measurable outcomes through disciplined planning, governance, and execution across multiple functions, locations, and teams.
Design, build, and lead a scalable, enterprise-ready commercial organization by establishing clear roles, decision rights, performance standards, and leadership accountability.
Serve as a champion of U.S. Bank’s interconnected operating model by building horizontal partnerships with Product, Client Coverage, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations leaders.
Own client-centered operating model and governance, ensuring management control and consistent decision-making across regions, products, and enterprise partners.
Provide day-to-day executive oversight of fee-based servicing delivery, ensuring operational excellence and risk discipline across the client lifecycle.
Drive automation and re-engineering to reduce manual work and improve accuracy, leveraging modern technology effectively.

Requirements
