About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conducting business process and systems analysis to identify opportunities to improve end‑to‑end data/workflows, tools, and operating models.
  • Evaluating existing processes, systems, and data workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • Creating corresponding solutions such as automated applications (Power Apps), workflow automation (Power Automate), and conversational AI agents/chatbots (Copilot Studio).
  • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology partners to translate operational needs into practical solutions.
  • Supporting system enhancements (if applicable) and contributing to scalable, well‑documented processes that improve transparency and efficiency.
  • Reviewing and interpreting sales data and analyzing detailed pricing information with precision.
  • Serving as a general business analyst focused on improving workflows and operating efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically five or more years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience and interest in leveraging automation and AI‑enabled tools to improve business processes and operating efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience with automation and AI‑enabled process efficiency tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret detailed data for extended periods.
  • Background in Treasury Management and familiarity with related products.
  • Experience with cloud‑based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with content and document collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel).
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
