Key responsibilities & impact

Conducting business process and systems analysis to identify opportunities to improve end‑to‑end data/workflows, tools, and operating models.
Evaluating existing processes, systems, and data workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
Creating corresponding solutions such as automated applications (Power Apps), workflow automation (Power Automate), and conversational AI agents/chatbots (Copilot Studio).
Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology partners to translate operational needs into practical solutions.
Supporting system enhancements (if applicable) and contributing to scalable, well‑documented processes that improve transparency and efficiency.
Reviewing and interpreting sales data and analyzing detailed pricing information with precision.
Serving as a general business analyst focused on improving workflows and operating efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically five or more years of related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience and interest in leveraging automation and AI‑enabled tools to improve business processes and operating efficiency.
Demonstrated experience with automation and AI‑enabled process efficiency tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret detailed data for extended periods.
Background in Treasury Management and familiarity with related products.
Experience with cloud‑based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience with content and document collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel).
Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
