About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages investments and portfolios for Ascent Private Capital Management and business development for UHNW client base
  • Plays supporting role for investment function on regional team and will have some client exposure alongside more senior members of the team
  • May manage relationships and direct communications with clients
  • Executes trades and develops portfolio transition and implementation plans
  • Writes investment reviews
  • Designs and prepares reports/models to be shared with clients and prospects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Seven of more years of experience in a portfolio/wealth management role
  • Two or more years of experience working with alternative assets
  • Advanced understanding of finance/accounting/investments and portfolio construction
  • Strong modeling skills
  • Effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
