Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products
Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code
Consistently creates optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs
Performs analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements
Makes sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront
Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards
Conducts code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures
Accountable for ensuring all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of relevant experience
Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and PowerShell for developing and maintaining enterprise applications
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query development and data analysis
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Entity Framework
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience using AI assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to support development and testing preferred
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Familiarity with AWS cloud services, including application deployments and environment support
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with GitLab pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and ServiceNow
Experience providing application and production support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, and business partners
Exposure to microservices architecture or application modernization efforts
Exposure to Groovy scripting or Python
Exposure to React.js, Java, MQ Series, Power BI, SSIS/SSRS
Experience with Windows Server support
