About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and cultivate relationships with strategic healthcare accounts, focusing on long-term growth and retention.
- Analyze client data and industry trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enhance operational performance.
- Deliver consultative support to healthcare organizations, addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Present performance results and strategic solutions to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge to drive value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Eight to ten years of sales or relationship management experience within the healthcare or financial services industry
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
