About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and coordinate operational activities for assigned Global Fund Custody functions and client relationships
  • Lead and develop a team of account managers serving as primary client contacts, providing guidance, coaching, performance feedback, and accountability
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex operational or client issues, providing direction and resolution support
  • Ensure consistent, high‑quality service and effective operational support for internal and external clients
  • Train and support team members on custody processes, job responsibilities, and new or evolving systems
  • Act as a subject matter expert across multiple operational processes, providing guidance on both routine and non‑routine matters
  • Participate in operational projects, system enhancements, and initiatives that impact Global Fund Custody teams and clients
  • Monitor adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and service standards, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the review and improvement of operational systems, controls, and procedures to support efficiency and risk management
  • Lead high‑performing teams by setting clear expectations, establishing goals, measuring progress, and recognizing success
  • Build accountability and engagement through ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management practices
  • Support workforce planning and talent development to meet current and future operational needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically five or more years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulatory requirements
  • Solid understanding of relevant products, programs, financial analysis, and supporting documentation
  • Proven organizational, managerial, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Demonstrated supervisory and people management capabilities; prior leadership experience highly preferred
  • Experience supporting or leading new employee training and onboarding initiatives
  • Familiarity with SWP
  • Experience working with ETFs and/or private equity funds
  • Experience with custody functions and/or securities processing
  • Strong knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, and the products and services supported by the assigned area(s)
  • Well-developed customer relationship skills with a strong focus on service and partnership
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
