About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with assigned Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage Business Banking relationships and the loan portfolio
- Contribute to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive written analysis
- Manage credit quality within the team's credit portfolio
- Provide guidance to customers
- Identify and successfully capitalize on opportunities to deepen and expand existing relationships
- Manage credit risk
- Respond to prospect or customer credit questions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Up to two years of related experience
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Some knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to deepen the relationship
- Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
- Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
