About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face
  • Provide the best possible counsel based on customers’ banking needs
  • Process customer and account information
  • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
  • Recommend financial solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs
  • Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open/close the branch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of customer service experience
  • One to three years of sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems (for Client Relationship Consultant 1)
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred (for higher levels)
