Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for optimizing our client’s experience connecting their applications to U.S. Bank
Assist clients in selecting their preferred connectivity method to achieve desired results
Manage technical inquiries during integration with U.S. Bank APIs
Collaborate across business and technical teams to contribute to the success of API operations services
Create training materials and drive system enhancements to improve efficiency
Track and monitor customer requests to provide excellent service and support
Onboard new customer implementations of Treasury Management Core Products

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience in project management activities
Hands on Client Onboarding Experience with Treasury Core Products such as ACH/BAI/Positive Pay, etc
Client Facing/Coordination is a must
Knowledge on SFTP and MFS Configurations
Knowledge of File formats for different Treasury Core Products and SSH/PGP keys
