About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Private Wealth Management (PWM) Private Banking Partner has shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Banking.
- Partner will primarily serve as the PWM Treasury Management subject matter expert and act as the key liaison with the Treasury Management Department.
- Partnering closely with the Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention, and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies.
- Partner Advisors have shared responsibility with their Senior Advisor to achieve sales, revenue, and practice excellence goals.
- Focused on honing the technical aspects of Private Banking—including Treasury Management solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four to seven years of related experience
- Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong client facing skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
