About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Private Wealth Management (PWM) Private Banking Partner has shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Banking.
  • Partner will primarily serve as the PWM Treasury Management subject matter expert and act as the key liaison with the Treasury Management Department.
  • Partnering closely with the Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention, and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies.
  • Partner Advisors have shared responsibility with their Senior Advisor to achieve sales, revenue, and practice excellence goals.
  • Focused on honing the technical aspects of Private Banking—including Treasury Management solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to seven years of related experience
  • Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
