About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data visualization and analytics solutions that support financial decision-making.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all financial reports and stay current with best practices in data visualization, analytics, and cloud-based BI tools.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements in analysis and reporting.
- Work closely with senior leadership and provides a high level of customer service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, engineering or applied mathematics, or equivalent work experience
- Six to eight years of relevant experience
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling, machine learning, data visualization
- Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
- Experience in python/R/SAS/SQL for data extraction, data mining, and predictive analytics
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
