About the role

  • Responsible for optimizing our client’s experience as they are connecting their applications to U.S. Bank
  • Assist clients in selecting their preferred connectivity method
  • Coordinate and drive activities to ensure an optimal experience
  • Collaborate across business and technical teams to contribute to the success of API operations services
  • Define workflows during execution, create training materials, and drive system enhancements
  • Onboard new customer implementations of Treasury Management Core Products
  • Build positive customer relationships by ensuring an optimal level of service delivery and product functionality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities
  • Hands on Client Onboarding Experience with Treasury Core Products such as ACH/BAI/Positive Pay, etc
  • Client Facing/Coordination is a must
  • Knowledge on SFTP and MFS Configurations
  • Knowledge of File formats for different Treasury Core Products and SSH/PGP keys
