Contribute toward the success of our technology initiative developing a modern analytics platform
Deep understanding of at least one major cloud provider (Azure or AWS)
Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language
Extensive experience with Terraform and the Databricks Terraform Provider
Implement automation and administer the Unity Catalog
Design, develop, test, operate and maintain products
Conduct code reviews and apply changes to meet standards
Accountable for ensuring compliance and security best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Four to six years of relevant experience
3+ years of Databricks Experience
5+ years of Data Platform Experience
10+ years of Data Engineering related experience
Strong understanding of the Data Engineering personas workflows
Proficient understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns
Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate on all aspects of product development.
