About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute toward the success of our technology initiative developing a modern analytics platform
  • Deep understanding of at least one major cloud provider (Azure or AWS)
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language
  • Extensive experience with Terraform and the Databricks Terraform Provider
  • Implement automation and administer the Unity Catalog
  • Design, develop, test, operate and maintain products
  • Conduct code reviews and apply changes to meet standards
  • Accountable for ensuring compliance and security best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to six years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of Databricks Experience
  • 5+ years of Data Platform Experience
  • 10+ years of Data Engineering related experience
  • Strong understanding of the Data Engineering personas workflows
  • Proficient understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate on all aspects of product development.
