About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for oversight and leadership of the administration, risk management and relationship management of fiduciary and investment accounts for the Trust team in the Heartland Market.
- Serves as a resource and coach to the Trust Officers and addresses escalated issues.
- Primary attributes include the leadership and diplomacy to coordinate multiple parties of interest, including beneficiaries, relationship managers, attorneys, accountants and advisors.
- Provides expert fiduciary advice, demonstrates fiduciary document interpretation acumen as well as knowledge and application of relevant trust law.
- Must possess the force of personality and leadership ability to be regarded as a senior fiduciary expert and problem resolution resource for her/his teams.
- Performs routine hr duties such as reviews, hiring and corrective coaching.
- Responsible for meeting all corporate and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree or applicable professional designation such as CTFA or CFP
- Eight or more years of experience in financial services, with an emphasis on trust servicing and/or administration
- Two or more years in a leadership or management role
