Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in Java with hands-on experience building applications using Spring Boot.
Solid experience designing and developing Microservices-based architectures.
Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs following industry best practices.
Experience with Redis for caching, performance optimization, and distributed data handling.
Working knowledge of Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous processing.
Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Understanding of prompt design, AI API integration, and AI-driven workflows.
Experience with test automation frameworks (unit, integration, and API testing) to ensure code quality and reliability.
Knowledge of application performance tuning, scalability, and resiliency best practices.
Experience with version control systems such as Git and strong code review habits.
Ability to debug complex issues across distributed systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement technical solutions independently.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
