- Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products
- Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Java with hands-on experience building applications using Spring Boot.
- Solid experience designing and developing Microservices-based architectures.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs following industry best practices.
- Experience with Redis for caching, performance optimization, and distributed data handling.
- Working knowledge of Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous processing.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Understanding of prompt design, AI API integration, and AI-driven workflows.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (unit, integration, and API testing) to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Knowledge of application performance tuning, scalability, and resiliency best practices.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and strong code review habits.
- Ability to debug complex issues across distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement technical solutions independently.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
