About the role
- Align stakeholder priorities within a program roadmap.
- Collaborate across the program to ensure project backlog work is accounted for by multiple engineering teams.
- Manage projects from initial concept through post implementation per methodology and via approved project tools.
- Build bridges and relationships with key project stakeholders while serving as a liaison.
- Author project management artifacts and ensure project governance is established and observed.
- Communicate effectively with program/project stakeholders.
- Promote collaborative relationships across project team members and work effectively across the organization to achieve goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 10 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.
- Proficient in product management skills
- Strong knowledge of technical product/program development, implementation, and strategic analysis
- Strong knowledge of competitive market, operations and various products and services for Credit Card products.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with API Scrum teams
- Experience with Agile methodology, Confluence, JIRA and MS Office Tools
