About the role

  • Help track, prioritize, and shape digital asset strategy and implementation for Operations
  • Represent operational needs and priorities for the commercialization of stable coins and other digital assets
  • Collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders within and without Operations
  • Serve as a primary contact for operational inquiries
  • Lead or contribute to operational roadmaps, project/release coordination, and resource allocation
  • Communicate and collaborate across multiple levels of stakeholders and executives
  • Exhibit fluency with digital assets including digital wallets, on-chain and off-chain transactions, and tokenized assets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically six or more years of related experience
  • Digital asset fluency
  • Blockchain experience
  • Operations experience, particularly banking operations
  • Agile experience, including use of Jira / Confluence
  • Experience with platform software development lifecycle routines
  • Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to lead/collaborate with and empower teams
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
