About the role
- Develop, implement, and drive learning strategies within assigned business lines or units
- Manage relationships with Talent Consultants and senior leadership to create strategy and vision for the learning plan
- Cultivate networks and establish proactive partnerships with stakeholders
- Consult on learning solutions that support talent strategies
- Assess and manage risk while considering business objectives
- Deliver external market insights, qualitative and quantitative data to recognize trends and assess learning strategy effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Four or more years of learning and development, HR, or business experience
- Good understanding of adult learning principles, practices, and learning sciences particularly in the areas of instructional design, delivery, impact evaluation, and learning technology
- Ability to facilitate and guide solutions to enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives through the development of talent
- Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives and recommend action
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
