Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and drive learning strategies within assigned business lines or units
Manage relationships with Talent Consultants and senior leadership to create strategy and vision for the learning plan
Cultivate networks and establish proactive partnerships with stakeholders
Consult on learning solutions that support talent strategies
Assess and manage risk while considering business objectives
Deliver external market insights, qualitative and quantitative data to recognize trends and assess learning strategy effectiveness

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Four or more years of learning and development, HR, or business experience
Good understanding of adult learning principles, practices, and learning sciences particularly in the areas of instructional design, delivery, impact evaluation, and learning technology
Ability to facilitate and guide solutions to enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives through the development of talent
Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives and recommend action
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
