About the role

  • Develops and supports the FI marketing team for a specified area to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement.
  • Identifies and communicates key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on investment as well as to modify and optimize strategies as necessary.
  • Manages professional employees and/or supervisors of complex support, production marketing team(s).
  • Uses segment specific marketing strategies and media to launch marketing programs and/or products in collaboration with agencies, product, sales and technical teams.
  • Provides marketing support for alternative marketing channels such as tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, etc.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
  • Proven experience leading channel, partner, or B2B marketing programs, preferably within financial services or payments
  • Strong ability to collaborate with external partners and cross-functional internal teams
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring performance and revenue impact
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • CRM experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or Adobe
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, reporting, and campaign performance tools
