About the role
- Overseeing and coordinating Card Operations and Complaints Corrective Action Issues (CITs)
- Developing procedures and defining vetting criteria
- Preparing and challenging milestone documentation
- Maintaining milestone‑level tracking for all confirmed CITs impacting PCS
- Partnering with Issue Management Coordinators, process owners, SMEs, analytics, and Compliance and Risk partners
- Providing regular reporting, leadership updates, and stakeholder facilitation to ensure accountability and timely issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically two to three years of experience in regulatory compliance activities
- Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
- Basic knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong presentation skills
