About the role

  • Overseeing and coordinating Card Operations and Complaints Corrective Action Issues (CITs)
  • Developing procedures and defining vetting criteria
  • Preparing and challenging milestone documentation
  • Maintaining milestone‑level tracking for all confirmed CITs impacting PCS
  • Partnering with Issue Management Coordinators, process owners, SMEs, analytics, and Compliance and Risk partners
  • Providing regular reporting, leadership updates, and stakeholder facilitation to ensure accountability and timely issue resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically two to three years of experience in regulatory compliance activities
  • Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
  • Basic knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong presentation skills
