About the role
- Oversees a team of Virtual Small Business Connect Specialists
- Provides comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $2.5 Million through outbound calling activities
- Leads the sales team to effectively drive growth through proactive outbound calling
- Supports branch ‑ based small business clients
- Leverages digital tools to build strong, trusted relationships
- Coaches bankers to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Achieving assigned sales, revenue, and growth goals
- Manages a sales team responsible for the sale of assigned bank products and services generally for an assigned geographic region or industrial segment
- Accountable for sales leadership focused on One Bank strategy and growing market share
- Actively collaborates with branch partners, and internal business lines to generate referral opportunities
Requirements
- Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three or more years of sales management experience
- Call Center Management
- Strong relationship management, sales management, coaching, and new business development abilities
- Thorough knowledge of Small Business Banking products and services, knowledge of the industry type, operating cycles, and business financials
- Effective recruiting and talent building skills
- High level of expertise in customer communication and presentation skills
- Previous sales leadership experience
- Previous remote and multi-site management experience preferred
