About the role

  • Manage a regional territory to develop new and existing Treasury Management business with an asset management industry focus
  • Provide consultative advice on current cash flow practices to develop treasury management business
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business
  • Prepare sales presentations, explain services offered, and recommend solutions beneficial to clients
  • Identify opportunities to sell other U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet customer needs
  • Assist management in developing a market strategy and in setting sales objectives
  • Meet or exceed all assigned sales and revenue retention goals
  • Assist in the design and oversee the proper installation of treasury management services
  • Assist management in the development of new services or the modification of existing services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of related experience
  • Extensive knowledge of treasury management products within the insurance space
  • Thorough knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations
  • Strong sales and new business development skills
  • Excellent customer service/relations skills
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
