Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a regional territory to develop new and existing Treasury Management business with an asset management industry focus
Provide consultative advice on current cash flow practices to develop treasury management business
Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business
Prepare sales presentations, explain services offered, and recommend solutions beneficial to clients
Identify opportunities to sell other U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet customer needs
Assist management in developing a market strategy and in setting sales objectives
Meet or exceed all assigned sales and revenue retention goals
Assist in the design and oversee the proper installation of treasury management services
Assist management in the development of new services or the modification of existing services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of related experience
Extensive knowledge of treasury management products within the insurance space
Thorough knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations
Strong sales and new business development skills
Excellent customer service/relations skills
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
