💰 $148,495 - $174,700 per year
About the role
- Manage a regional territory to develop new and existing Treasury Management business with an asset management industry focus
- Provide consultative advice on current cash flow practices to develop treasury management business
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business
- Prepare sales presentations, explain services offered, and recommend solutions beneficial to clients
- Identify opportunities to sell other U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet customer needs
- Assist management in developing a market strategy and in setting sales objectives
- Meet or exceed all assigned sales and revenue retention goals
- Assist in the design and oversee the proper installation of treasury management services
- Assist management in the development of new services or the modification of existing services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience
- Extensive knowledge of treasury management products within the insurance space
- Thorough knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations
- Strong sales and new business development skills
- Excellent customer service/relations skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
