About the role
- Deliver insights that support acquisition, retention, and product deepening across Consumer Banking
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Source, integrate, and validate data from multiple enterprise systems
- Design dashboards, visualizations, and ad hoc analyses that clearly communicate findings
- Translate analysis into concise, business focused recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders and data teams to provide a holistic view of performance
- Monitor results of implemented recommendations and refine analysis over time
- Ensure all data usage complies with risk, privacy, and data governance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
- Experience applying advanced analytics, statistics, or predictive modeling to business problems
- Strong capability working with large, complex datasets, including data extraction and validation
- Proficiency with SQL; experience with Python or R preferred
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations that drive business action
- Ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define questions and influence decisions
- Ability to manage multiple analytical initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with data governance, risk, and privacy standards, especially with customer data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to business partners.
