About the role
- Lead and drive the successful execution of assigned projects
- Proactively identify risks, challenges, and potential escalations
- Navigate complex organisational structures to optimise business processes
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, partners, and customers
- Coordinate project activities by scheduling and facilitating meetings
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to BAU handover
- Foster strong relationships across the matrixed organisation
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management
- Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2 preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of the European payments industry
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office suite
- Experience with Salesforce and Jira is advantageous
- Skilled in facilitation and team collaboration
