Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of relevant experience
Solid understanding of mainframe fundamentals, including JCL, VSAM, DB2/SQL, batch processing, file handling, and IBM z/OS environments
Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for DB2, including use of SPUFI
Familiarity with IDz (IBM Developer for z/OS) for editing, analyzing, debugging, and managing mainframe source code
Knowledge of GitLab for version control, branching, code reviews, and CI/CD processes in mainframe DevOps pipelines
Good understanding of SDLC
Ability to communicate processes and results to both technical and non-technical groups
Effective problem solving and analytical skills
