About the role

  • Lead onboarding of Treasury Management payables products for clients
  • Facilitate weekly status calls with clients and internal/external stakeholders
  • Create, manage, and update project plans, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate across internal departments, external clients, and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule
  • Escalate potential obstacles and communicate project status clearly and effectively
  • Champion project management best practices to drive efficient onboarding experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically eight to 10 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and customer use cases
  • Proven project management and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and third-party partners
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools
