About the role
- Lead onboarding of Treasury Management payables products for clients
- Facilitate weekly status calls with clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Create, manage, and update project plans, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate across internal departments, external clients, and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule
- Escalate potential obstacles and communicate project status clearly and effectively
- Champion project management best practices to drive efficient onboarding experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight to 10 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and customer use cases
- Proven project management and leadership capabilities
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and third-party partners
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools
