About the role
- Work as an experienced designer who owns end‑to‑end design work, turns raw SME input into engaging, well-structured learning, and improves existing solutions
- Builds full courses across modalities, introduces creative methods, and anticipates learner needs
- Leverage AI‑powered authoring, tagging, and analytics to speed iterations, personalize learning, and keep content current in the flow of work
- Consults with assigned clients, learning partners, and talent consultants to formulate training/learning solutions project objectives, scope, schedule, budget and resources for producing the project deliverables
- Designs performance-based and knowledge-based tests to measure participant understanding of program content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of relevant experience
- Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, practices, and learning sciences particularly in the areas of eLearning, curriculum development, multi-media development, and learning technology
- Thorough knowledge of instructional design and principles
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced degree preferred
