About the role

  • Maintain and execute the editorial calendar, ensuring all content initiatives align with strategic marketing priorities and deadlines.
  • Manage content creation workflows from intake to approvals and execution, coordinating cross-functional reviews with stakeholders, SMEs, and compliance teams.
  • Uphold rigorous quality standards and brand guidelines across all content, providing final review and approval to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Govern all content for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to legal and industry standards.
  • Continuously refine and optimize content review, approval, and distribution processes to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
  • Act as the central coordinator for content intake, workflow tracking, compliance reviews, and calendar management, ensuring transparency and accountability at every stage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing operations, content management, or editorial workflow coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand integrity.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), editorial calendars, and workflow tools.
  • Preferred understanding of content governance and working in a highly regulated industry.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
