About the role
- Supervising day-to-day activities related to loan origination for a small team
- Ensuring timely acquisition of documents for processing, underwriting, and closing
- Meeting specific loan volume origination goals set by management
- Establishing referral sources for a steady loan volume
- Actively participating in mortgage banking and realtor associations
- Establishing partnerships within U.S. Bank Home Mortgage to promote customer relationships
- Responsible for interviewing, recruiting, and employee retention
- Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z
- Must be able to drive for 2 or more hours weekly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of mortgage sales experience
