About the role

  • Supervising day-to-day activities related to loan origination for a small team
  • Ensuring timely acquisition of documents for processing, underwriting, and closing
  • Meeting specific loan volume origination goals set by management
  • Establishing referral sources for a steady loan volume
  • Actively participating in mortgage banking and realtor associations
  • Establishing partnerships within U.S. Bank Home Mortgage to promote customer relationships
  • Responsible for interviewing, recruiting, and employee retention
  • Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z
  • Must be able to drive for 2 or more hours weekly

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of mortgage sales experience
