About the role
- Developing, implementing, and driving learning strategies within assigned business lines or units
- Interacting with Talent Consultants and senior leadership to align learning plans with business and talent priorities
- Establishing proactive partnerships with stakeholders to manage demands and consult on learning solutions
- Creating and delivering market insights and data to assess learning strategy effectiveness
- Focusing on developing consulting capabilities and positioning the learning organization as a strategic partner
- Assessing and managing risk while considering business objectives and goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Four or more years of learning and development, HR, or business experience
