About the role
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in TPS and Trade Point systems
- Handle production tickets via Teams chat, managing workloads ranging from 20 to 500 tickets per day
- Manage configuration tasks for back-office and front-office systems, focusing on internal settings rather than development or coding
- Participate in meetings related to TPS customer setups; while not customer-facing, ensure accurate setup processes
- Perform occasional reporting tasks (minimal volume)
- Support reporting structures using Power BI and Excel
- Engage in projects related to system configuration and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills
