About the role
- Build relationships with customers via multiple channels (in-person, appointment, virtual)
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs
- Obtain and process customer and account information
- Recommend banking solutions based on customer goals
- Maintain a working knowledge of banking products and services
- Open new consumer and business accounts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum of one to two years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
