About the role
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Bridge business strategy and technical execution, working closely with HR product teams, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Document, track and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency and are in alignment with business goals
- Oversee compliance with all processes and procedures associated with the intake, approval and tracking processes including the business case model, prioritization, approval processes, and reporting requirements for their in-scope project delivery portfolio
Requirements
- Typically requires Bachelor’s degree with one to three or more years of relevant experience
- Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and outcomes are met
- Technical knowledge and ability to plan, organize, and coordinate efforts
- Able to communicate with all parties involved in the portfolio of products (programmers, third party vendors, end users, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with team-members and end user clients
- Proven experience with managing work within a technical product management enterprise
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, Jira), and integrations
- Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps practices
