About the role
- Work with Branch and Small Business Regional Executives to find and take advantage of opportunities for growth and improvement
- Facilitate, execute, and deliver projects and improvement initiatives spanning across departments
- Manage and direct project resources
- Support processes for reviewing strategies on a regular cadence
- Explore new areas of work outside of existing initiatives
- Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management and leadership activities
- Six or more years of managerial experience
- Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
