About the role
- This newly created position will service Fund Accounting and support both business and technology-based strategy goals.
- The role of the Mutual Funds Accounting ETF Process and Audit Oversight Specialist is to plan, monitor and work on assigned projects and audits to best meet project objectives of mitigating risk and increasing efficiency with ETF related processes.

- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Contributes to efficiency, productivity, and process improvements to drive exceptional service and risk mitigation.
- Provide proactive strategy and advice to management.
- Be the bridge between upper management and the teams tasked with the execution of ETF related processes and audits.
- Make sure to report regularly on the progress of ETF related projects and ensure the project is staying on the approved schedule.
- Develop plan defining scope and resource/technology availability.
- Coordinate overall project communication, risk, and issue resolution.
- Assist with the assessment of the effectiveness of controls that help ensure ongoing compliance with corporate policies and business line procedures.
- Work on team projects or support other team members in their efforts to improve processes within Fund Accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of experience in accounting or finance activities
- Advanced knowledge of accounting, reporting, and analysis
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
