Ensure content is aligned with SEO best practices are embedded in all digital content.
Lead the strategy and execution of content on Elavon owned websites ensuring alignment with brand messaging, product, and user experience best practices.
Develop and refine user flows and content hierarchies that guide users through intuitive and conversion-focused digital experiences.
Partner with paid media teams to align SEM campaigns with organic strategies for holistic search performance.
Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and others.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve KPIs.
Work closely with Product Marketing, Product, Digital Marketing, AEM teams, and agencies to ensure cohesive digital strategies and execution.
Ensure websites are optimized for speed, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO.
Lead A/B and multivariate testing strategies to validate SEO integrity and higher conversions.
Lead digital integration efforts for acquisitions, ensuring unified brand and content strategies.
Maintain governance over digital standards, accessibility, and brand consistency.
Translate complex product and industry concepts into clear, compelling messaging tailored to B2B audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field or related work experience
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and performance analytics.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and digital governance frameworks.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the payments industry (preferred).
Advanced knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp's products and services.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Agility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to delegate and successfully manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget.
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages.
MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus.
