About the role
- Responsible for planning, managing, and implementing construction and infrastructure projects within the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC)
- Project management for construction projects from concept development through successful commissioning
- Preparation and review of work orders with regard to economic and technical criteria
- Monitoring and supervision of construction execution, inspections, and documentation
- Technical oversight and maintenance support for existing facilities and built infrastructure
Requirements
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or a comparable technical field
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally with a focus on construction project management or leading complex infrastructure projects
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management or CAD software is an advantage
- Valid Class B driving license and willingness to undertake occasional business trips to project sites
