About the role
- Overall professional responsibility for the job evaluation and classification of non‑US employees
- Conduct job evaluations and classifications according to TV AL II
- Conduct workplace/position analyses and interviews with managers and employees
- Prepare and update job descriptions
- Communicate classification decisions
- Support in grievance procedures and labor court proceedings
- Participate in projects related to job evaluation and organizational development
- Provide on‑the‑job training for colleagues
Requirements
- Degree or vocational qualification in a relevant field (HR, administration, law, business/economics)
- Solid knowledge of TV AL II or comparable collective bargaining agreements
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient with MS Office
- Willingness to travel occasionally and a valid driving license (Class B)
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
