About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

RUN management: Monitor incidents, requests and changes
Coordinate actions with technical teams and service providers
Ensure compliance with service levels (SLAs) and track operational metrics
Plan and support production deployments
Maintain documentation, procedures and runbooks
Support users and stakeholders in adopting solutions
BUILD management: Collect, analyze and challenge business requirements
Build, prioritize and run the product backlog
Write and track User Stories in collaboration with technical teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies and increment planning sessions
Coordinate various contributors to ensure progress on topics
Lead continuous improvement actions and automation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes
Proficiency in Agile practices: backlog management, User Stories, prioritization, planning
Experience in operational application monitoring and incident management
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external providers
Comfortable communicating with both business and technical stakeholders
