Summer Internship – Accounting, Payroll

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support payroll processing through accurate data entry, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Assist with administrative tasks including record maintenance, reporting, and documentation
- Apply basic math and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional office teams and support coverage across work areas as needed
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Incoming junior, senior, or graduate student with at least one semester remaining
- Preferred majors: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous work experience preferred; exposure to office, payroll, or administrative functions is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Basic knowledge of financial or payroll systems (SAP exposure is a plus)
- Strong data entry accuracy, numerical aptitude, and attention to detail.
