About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, update, and maintain product specifications and related technical attributes required for product packaging execution
Execute specification and master data migration activities into the new PLM solution
Organize and analyze formulation, processing, and specification parameters
Partner with R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, FSQA, Operations, and Business Operations to obtain, verify, and maintain required inputs
Provide regulatory and compliance support by communicating requirements and data-driven guidance to stakeholders
Troubleshoot and respond quickly to PLM/PDM and legacy system interface issues
Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation and data traceability
Analyze, interpret, and present data for effective communication to business partners and R&D/FSQA leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

PhD with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
M.S. with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
B.S. with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
No degree with minimum of 10 years relevant experience
Strong computer skills with the ability to fully utilize MS Office (including intermediate Excel), SAP, and PLM/PDM and other web-based discipline-specific systems
