About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • support the design and implementation of innovative water, wastewater, and climate resiliency infrastructure projects
  • manage the planning, design, and construction of these projects
  • preparation of design and construction documents for wastewater and water facilities
  • review of engineering designs, bid packages, RFPs, and Statements of Work prepared by others
  • active leadership in assignments as a member of a team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • minimum of a B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is preferred
  • minimum 10+ years’ experience in water and wastewater design/engineering
  • demonstrated experience developing designs and construction contract documents for complex infrastructure projects
  • Professional Engineering (PE) licensure, or working towards licensure, preferred
  • strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges
  • demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team
