About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and manage health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs across North America
- Ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with TYLin’s workforce and business strategy
- Monitor plan performance, utilization, and cost trends; recommend improvements based on data and market benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations
- Maintain plan documentation, policies, and audit readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in benefits or total rewards within North America
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits practices and regulatory environments
- Experience in a professional services, engineering, or consulting organization preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading benefits due diligence
