About the role
- Manage roadway and bridge engineering projects from concept through completion
- Oversee preparation of design documents, specifications, and cost estimates for bridge and highway projects
- Conduct technical analyses and quality reviews consistent with TYLin’s quality assurance standards
- Supervise, mentor, and support the professional growth of engineering staff
- Participate in project performance reviews, forecasting, and risk assessments
- Lead and support regional business development initiatives to expand TYLin’s market presence
Requirements
- P.E. License required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in highway and/or bridge design and project management
- Proven success delivering complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of AASHTO design standards
- Established relationships with regional engineering clients and public agencies
