About the role
- Implements strategic goals established by functional leadership
- Establishes operational plans for own job area with short-to mid-term impact on results
- Provides measurable input into new processes, standards and/or operational plans that impact overall function results
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities with leadership and provides guidance on project acceptance/rejection
- Develops and delivers in-house training, contributes to the development of technical standards and criteria for the organization
- Communicates with clients, agencies, or sub-contractors
Requirements
- Industry expert recognized as a master in a professional discipline
- Requires mastery level knowledge typically obtained through advanced education combined with 15 years of experience
- Experience and knowledge of all typologies of cast-in-place and precast segmental bridges
- Deep foundations experience, scour, ship impact
- Precast yard experience
- R.E. of construction of cable-stay/extradosed bridges and segmental construction + Arch bridges
- Preliminary Design experience of Cable-stay and extradosed, and various typologies of Arch bridges
- Geometry Control experience
