About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain dashboards for Security Observability, vulnerability management, and security reporting.
Gather and understand requirements through discussions with Stream Leads and business stakeholders.
Design, develop, and enhance interactive dashboards using modern visualization tools.
Build comprehensive dashboards providing insights into vulnerability scans, remediation actions, and traceability.
Develop solutions using web technologies including Python, Flask, Angular, and PostgreSQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
Support dashboard enhancements and ongoing maintenance.
Provide technical guidance and training on the dashboard technology stack as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum **7 years of experience** in dashboard development.
Expert-level experience with **Power BI** (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with **Python**, **Flask**, **Angular**, and **PostgreSQL/Postgres**.
Strong experience in designing and developing enterprise dashboards.
Experience with at least one additional visualization platform such as **Tableau** or **Grafana**.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred**
Experience developing **Security Observability** dashboards.
Experience with vulnerability management and security reporting.
Banking or Financial Services (BFSI) industry experience is highly preferred.
Experience working with enterprise-scale reporting and analytics solutions.
