About the role

  • Provide real-time, accurate, and confidential interpretation between English and Nepali speakers
  • Support a wide range of live phone interactions, including general customer inquiries, healthcare, insurance & government-related calls, and emergencies
  • Maintain a professional home environment conducive to uninterrupted communication
  • Work 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break and rotation of shifts every 3 months

Requirements

  • Proficiency in **English and Nepali** (verbal and written)
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work rotational night shifts
  • Dedicated, quiet, and secure home workspace
  • Based in **Malaysia**
  • Possess a smartphone (Android 12+ / iOS 15+) or a laptop with the latest OS
