About the role

  • Enable communication between persons speaking different languages
  • Properly translate dialogue in live scenarios such as emergency calls
  • Deliver messages in the caller's preferred language
  • Ensure understanding between both parties

Requirements

  • Fluent in English language (Read, Speak and Write)
  • Fluent in Nepali language (Read, Speak and Write)
  • Entry Level, No qualification needed, only good language speaking skill
  • Must be willing to work rotating shift for 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift)
  • Own a mobile phone with IOS 15 and above or Android 12 and above
  • Own a laptop
  • Entitled to 2 days off in a week (rotates any day)
  • Willing to work on public holiday (24/7 operation)
