About the role
- Provide real-time, accurate, and confidential interpretation between English and Khmer speakers
- Support a wide range of live phone interactions, including general customer inquiries, healthcare, insurance & government-related calls, utilities & financial services, travel and transportation, emergency and high-priority situations
- Maintain a professional home environment conducive to uninterrupted communication
- Work 8 hours per day + 1-hour break and 40 hours per week on night shift with shift rotation every 3 months
- Availability to work on public holidays (24/7 operations)
Requirements
- Proficiency in **English and Khmer** (verbal and written)
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to work rotational night shifts
- Dedicated, quiet, and secure home workspace
- Based in **Malaysia**
- Possess a smartphone (Android 12+ / iOS 15+) or a laptop with the latest OS
