About the role

  • - Enable communication between persons speaking different languages
  • - Properly translate the dialogue between the caller (native language) and the emergency operator (English)
  • - Deliver the message in the caller's preferred language and ensure that both parties understand each other

Requirements

  • - Fluent in English language (Read, Speak and Write)
  • - Fluent in Tagalog language (Read, Speak and Write)
  • - Entry Level, No qualification needed, only good language speaking skill
  • - Must be willing to work rotating shift for 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift)
  • - Own a mobile phone with IOS 15 and above or Android 12 and above
  • - Own a laptop
  • - Entitled to 2 days off in a week (rotates any day)
  • - Willing to work on public holiday (24/7 operation)
